Do you offer international delivery?
Yes. We use EMS or other advanced couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) according to the condition of destinations to provide door-to-door service. It will take 4~15 working days to receive the items and most of time the items are traceable.

What is your return policy?
If there is any Issues with quality, defects, or wrong delivery, please take a photo and email us within 5 working days upon receiving the item. Once verified, our customer service team will arrange 1-to-1 exchange with you.

Can I cancel my order?
No, you can't if the item is being posted out. In case, the ordered items are out of stock, we will refund the out of stock amount back to you (partial or full refund) after notification. Credit card refund may take a couple of weeks depending on the credit card company.

Due to the large number of orders, tracking number will only be given after 15 working days (If you have not received your item).
